Continues to be UNRESOLVED. SENT COMPLAINT TO INS COMMISSIONER TO INVESTIGATE STATE FARM.

Original review posted by user Jun 25

My roof is damaged and leaking and our ceilings in our house got wet. The agent was calling the contractors bullying them and they have refused to give us access to the rental additional living expense money.

One by one the adjusters act like the mafia saying there is no coverage and telling me the water damage to my ceiling is texture.

They have sent guys out and they can’t find the source of the leak, keep making up lies and literally acting like nuts. We are all getting sick living in the house and they will not help.

State Farm just always comes up with excuses why they can’t oay valid claims, sends people out to ignore the damages so evade paying anything. There reps saw the water coming into my house and then claimed the ceiling damage is due to condensation!

Total fraudsters.

They are worse than your worse nightmare. Get rid of them and do not trust them with any of your insurance needs.

You guys come up with every lie in the book to evade paying legit claims. Your company should be ashamed.

You are not the company you once where a long time ago.

Your plain crooked. No one should trust you with ANY insurance needs and the government needs to SHUT YOU DOWN.

Your roof may have a design, installation defect, or maintenance problem. If your roof has hail or wind damage, then you would have coverage for both interior and exterior.

Bear in mind, although hail and/or wind damage can cause leaks, most roof leaks are not caused from hail or wind damage. The photos you are showing are showing some minor drywall damage and long term roof leak.

That minor damage is not causing your family to get sick and nothing to to be able to collect additional living expenses. Why don't you show the pictures your roofer took of the roof area causing the problem?

All the ceilings have water damage from the hail damage to the roof. They need to be replaced and so does the attic boards and insulation that all got wet. State Farm saw both the hail damage and the water enterering the building yet they pretend there is no damage.

More of your bs lies and excuses. State Farm saw a hole in my roof with water pouring into my house.

Your company is crooked and I will complain to the highest powers about you. The worst.

Your roof may have a design, installation defect, or maintenance problem. If your policy is for a rental dwelling, they interior water damage is probably not covered.

If your roof has hail or wind damage, then you would have coverage for both interior and exterior. Bear in mind, although hail and/or wind damage can cause leaks, most roof leaks are not caused from hail or wind damage.
