State Farm Insurance - Bad faith company
Driving home regularly ,I had done nothing wrong but I was hit by a 16 years driver insured by state farm.He made the lane change suddenly without any signal. As a result , the damage is on the side of my vehicle.Next day,I filed the claim which's the most unpleasant and upset experience I have ever had. The customer service is so rude and awful. They must be blamed for their bad manner .WHAT A RIDICULOUS THAT STATE FARM CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE POLICY NUMBER OF THEIR CLIENT.
Thank GOD .The case's that 100% their driver's at fault.Awfully, they refused to pay 100% my car repair.They said they would only pay 80% of my car damage. And the rest 20% would not be paid because the claim specialist said I failed to keep a proper lookout and no evasive action take.I was calling to appeal the decision with many questions .However they still leave this case unsettle and keep silent with my questions. I want to ask STATE FARM higher lever offices:
1.What kind of action or lookout did I as human being have to take at the time when a sudden and illegal lane change was made?
2.How can I know someone is going to make an sudden and illegal lane change?
3.Do I have to be a mind reader of their insurer?
