SUBMITTED WATER DAMAGE WITH FOUR INVOICES AND HAVE BEEN SHUTTLED FROM CLAIMS REPS FOR TWO MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONIES. CONTINUOUSLY TOLD THEY ARE REVIEWING THE BILLS AND EACH DAY THEY TELL ME THEY WILL FINISH THE CLAIM EACH TIME I CALL THEM AND SO FAR OVER 20 CALLS. NEVER USE STATE FARM INSURANCE

I am satisfied with the representative when I called the number that I got from the web. I have been in happy with the service with my agent. I have called over a week about a new car quote and about my coverage with no answer at all. Now I find out that for over three years that my agents office was charging me for full coverage on my son's vehicle in which I didn't know that we had being it was an older car. He also hit a deer and never had his car repaired because we were told by the agent that we only had liability but the whole time we have been billed for full coverage.
