1- INCOMPETENCE: Horrible experience. They didn't know setting up my payment from bank acc to State Farm account, they gave me incorrect info and my payments were continually late despite the fact I set up auto-pay from my bank account vs From my State Farm account,
they tell me it is not doable that way.
I called Main Phone Number, problem fixed right of way.
I also had to call main number every time something changed.
So Monroe office: complete incompetence
2- DISHONEST: I canceled my policy with them, they kept charging me for months.
They reimburse a small amount.
Still owe $ hundreds. I emailed them; no response (typical)
3- COMPARISON: I set up new insurance with Liberty Mutual last year, I am saving $ hundreds despite the fact I can not bundle with house (sold), the process has been so smooth, Call them, get answers.
Complete opposite of State Farm Waburton Monroe
User's recommendation: Look Elsewhere.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
State Farm Insurance Cons: Incompetent staff, Way too expensive.
