I called to speak to one of the agents that I always work with but she was unavailable, The agent that was able to assistant didn't know how to explain new update that had been made on my account. I then asked to speak to another agent that was more familiar with my account. She assisted but needed to confirm with the owner(JIM FLOWERS) pertaining to my question. I was advised to call her back in 10 minutes. Another person in the same household that I live with called pertaining to their bill not mine!! Jim flowers anwers"IF THIS IS -----Family I will not approve another month. I called back after I was informed that the owner just told my business to someone other them myself. I called back Jim flowers answered I advised that before you Blurt out someone's information you should Verify the call make sure that person is on the other line he then said very high toned "WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY KEEPS CALLING THE OFFICE WHEN WE ARE BUSY AND HARRISING MY OFFICE" at that point was shocked because that was never the case every one in the hosehold had statefarm insurance. I SAID "THAT'S NOT FAIR THIS IS MY SECOND TIME CALLING I asked to be transferred to someone else he said no you talk to me, and this was the owner!! THE CALL IS FAIR BECAUSE YOUR FAMILY keeps Harassing MY STAFF.I asked

I cancelled my policy because of that rude conversation as a customer!!
