My policy expired on 09/04, I was told I had 20 days after the policy to pay it. I was in the process of changing providers and Linda Doshen office told me not to pay because I will have my coverage before it was due.

After being a loyal customer for 13 years Linda Doshen raised her voice and hung up the phone on me when it was time to correct the mishap her office caused. End results was told that if I leave ST. Farm than my cov.

return to the original due date. I hade to pay the fine!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
