I got the module in the mail and plugged it in. all was fie for about two months then I stopped at a convenience store on the way to work, when I came out the truck would not start.

I had to call a cab to get to work and a tow truck to take my truck to the shop. The shop could find no codes so I paid the bill and took the truck home. 3 weeks later the same thing happened again, cab fare, tow bill and shop fees. No codes found on truck.

I picked up the truck the second time and drove about 12 miles and stopped to pay a bill, the truck would not start again. I waited about half an hour but it still would not start so I pulled the module and it started right up.

The next week I get an E-mail stating that I was about to be taken out of the program because my module was not plugged in. I called the 877 number from the E-mail and spoke to a rep and he agreed to send a new module to me, then transferred me to customer service the lady there took my complaint and request to be repaid for my out of pocket expenses and sent it to corporate. the next day I get a call from a lady at corporate and she stated the module only has a 30 day warrantee and the company would not repay any expenses, she also kicked me out of the program and refused to send the replacement module as I had filed a complaint and if the module caused an accident they did not want to be responsible.

She demanded that I return the module and I told her my lawyer would return the module and a copy of my expenses.

At that time she got really rude and I hung up on her.

All of this for a 2% discount on my premiums.

BEWARE!!! THIS IS A POS AND COULD CAUSE INJURY AND BE EXPENCIVE.

Insurance refund

Agent Keith Brooks didnt cancel my insurance in time and allowed another auto draft to come out of my checking account. He said the refund would be mailed. It has not. He will not respond back to me, at all, why I left in the first place. I just would like this resolved please.

User's recommendation: Don’t use Keith Brooks. You really want your agent to contact you back at least.

Dissatisfied customer

was involved in an accident that was not my fault. chp called and report was filed. its been almost a year and i still have not gotten my car fixed. I would never recommend state farm and have hired an attorney. state farm is a joke!

You raised my rates and it wasn't my fault!!

The wreck I had claim #13-08Z-39K was not my fault! I didn't see him but he ran a stop sign and caused over $6000.00 to my 2019 chevy Silverado. How can a tiny car like that cause so much damage? The Tilton cop he talked to was his friend. The police officer took my information and insurance card, asked me if I was ok and nothing else. You raised my rates because you said it was 50/50. Do I need to go somewhere else to get a better rate? I would like to discuss this with someone because I don't think I'm being treated fairly.

I had a house quest who burgled my home. He wound up stealing about 8 thousand dollars worth of our property. Because he stayed here more than 30 days, about 6 extra weeks you dennies my claim. You and I both know those clauses are never explained when you activate your policy. The only thing everyone asks is are my things covered if I get toned. Lets be real. You know this is true. I have not worked in almost 1 year. My wife has not worked in 7 months because she was diagnosed with cancer. We counted Son you to have our back on this and you did not duel to a few days Hi me Ill Wewe

Unhappy Customer

I have been a customer of State Farm for twenty seven years in the same house.I had a water pipe break in my house in September of 2020 and to date I have not received a Penney from Stare Farm to make repairs. I have found it necessary to patch up the holes in the wall that the plumber made. they have inspected my house at length two times. I am 87 years of age and running out of time and patience

Reckless

The other driver ran a stop sign and State Farm is saying it was 50/50. I don't see how it can be partly my fault when he ran a stop sign!! I saw the same man at the same intersections 2 weeks later and even though I had the right of way I just sat there and watched him run the stop sign again. The Tilton police just asked me if I was ok at the wreck. He got my information and then I found out he and the police officer were good friends. I would like to get my deductible back and get my bill back down to where it was!

Does not care about someone fighting for their life

Loved one in a auto accident severe brain damage on and off life support. Never regained conscience. After 8 months and many surgeries lost his life. Auto death claim denied because he lived 90 days. That is what I received in a MESSAGE on my phone. If you are willing to fight for life dont choose this company.

Refund is taking forever.

I purchased Homeowner's insurance at 2 am one morning and when I found out it needs an inspector to approve it I called at 8 am and cancelled it. So did I get my $79 back? Not yet I have called countless times and it just makes you wonder WHY? They so easily took it from my checking why so hard to give it back. Now I will never use them for any insurance again... No way.

Unethical Company

Terrible company and awful ethics. A car rear ended me at an intersection when I slowed down to allow a passenger getting off the bus to cross the pedestrian line. Because the car that rear ended me also had State Farm insurance, State Farm refused to recognize my claim and instead told me that I should have just sped through the pedestrian line and not slowed down. They said that theyd have found the other driver guilty if she didnt have State Farm insurance. Go figure..

User's recommendation: Stay away because they will refuse your claim if you ever have one!

Pay for the repair of my car which you refused to recognize because the driver at fault also had insurance through your company.

Utterly lousy claims services people and payments for legitimate claims.

MINDLESSLY SLOW AND INDIFFERENT WITH HOME CASUALTY CLAIMS SERVICES. DIDN'T EVEN SEND AN ADJUSTOR TO MY HOME FOR 50 DAYS AFTER CLAIM WAS FILED. YES, 50 DAYS!! REFUSED TO PAY LEGITIMATE CASUALTY LOSSES. I HAD TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE TO GET ANY ATTENTION AT ALL. ONLY THEN AND TWO MONTHS LATER, DID I RECEIVE ONLY 25% OF THE DOCUMENTED, LEGITIMATE CLAIMS. THE COMPANY IS LOUSY THROUGH AND THROUGH. 'SERVICE' IS SLOW AND INDIFFERENT. 11 MONTHS TO GET A SMALL CASUALTY CLAIM SETTLED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT HONEST, CAPABLE, TIMELY SETTLEMENT WITH YOUR CLAIMS!
