No follow through with StateFarm

I have a homeowner loss, I read my policy. I dont have what they claim I have as in mold, rot and deterioration. I have not once had a callback from anybody with State Farm. What does a customer have to do to talk to someone that can help them with a problem in a loyal state farm customer for over 45 years why am I being treated this way does State Farm do not care about their customers? What does it take for a customer to get a call back? Please help.

Over 50 years of dividends paid with no claims and still didn't pay for claim

My father had a pipe break in his wall. He is 82 years old.

He has paid State Farm dividends for over 50 years with only 1 claim for my mom's lost ring. Never property damage. Never. On August 1st they sent a adjuster.

My dad did not have any money so he asked, "how can I do this so I don't have to put money out." They told him they would give him a contractor. The contractor's proposal that State Farm did has no money for labor. My dad had to pay for that. It is a lot of money.

The depreciation check was put in both names of the mortgage company and my father. The mortgage company is keeping the check for repairs even though it is for depreciation of my dad's possessions.

Then the State Farm Adjuster yelled at me and told me to sue them but he is not issuing a check to my dad even though their email says it is for DEPRECIATION! "I don't care what it says, it is for repairs." That is fraud.

I have to pay for the shops myself. State Farm is next to impossible to reach. they absolutely do not care about anything except saving money

Resolution of a claim

ive been waiting for 6-months to have a simple hail claim matter resolved.. it starts with ccc-the appraisal company not getting it right.

ive have submitted photos, claims, appraisals, documents of my trailor, id numbers,argued with claims about--title-id-what is the trailor, its not what they claimed it to be. its a flat nose, no its a v-nose..im tried of dealing with this matter with individuals that dont care, or are not schooled enough to be in the claims department.. they want to tell me what kind of trailor i have--when no one has ever looked at the trailor...i know what i have. i custom ordered the trailor 3-years ago...to state farm insurance you have no idea how to figure this out evidently..

that is why im turning this matter over to the kansas insurance commision office..

im done trying to figure out yor job for you... claim#1653m412x...thanks for nothing...

Denied and agent not telling me why

State Farm Insurance - Denied and agent not telling me why
Agent gave me a quote a month ago, I called to sign up- he took my bank info and explained the emails of confirmation Id receive. Then he called me back 10 minutes later to tell me he couldnt get me any insurance through State Farm. He said hed work on it and didnt know why. He texted me the next day that I was rejected completely. I asked why and he never responded.

After 50 years and no claims that I can remember I had accident and they want to take away the rental car before the settlement is completed and offer me thousands of dollars less than what my auto is worth!!!

I've been under insurance fraud.

I'm daesung choi who has car insurance from your company.

I'm contacting you like this because there's a very unfair story.

A month ago, I visited Lisa Allen office to ask if my friend Jinpark Choi could be added to my insurance.

And I spoke to Jenell in that office about this, and they clearly told me that there was no additional charge for adding my friend.

But a month later, my insurance premiums were raised, and the office staff and Jenell were all lying and making excuses.

I have not heard anything about the rate increase, nor have I agreed.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

If she is over 25yo and has a perfect driving record there should be no increase. If she has violations/points on her license or you added a second vehicle there most definitely would be.

The promise of no increase is based on your answers to their questions. When the underwriter updated the policy it is possible they discovered conflicting information.

Collision shop painted bumper wrong cplor

Took truck to caliber collision which state farm advised me to.. fist they took the front end apart and found out parts were not available till November n accident hap9ened in June.

My agent and claims team That I need to handle this situation. Which is totally unacceptable why do I pay State Farm and my agent then I got a call they family used radiator that they can put it in the truck but my bumper came and damaged then they told me my car was ready at the end of July but I picked it up I sent the front bumper does not look like it matches the back and they said it was due to the sunlight.

As I went over the invoice they picked up the bumper from Fred Beans and the invoice said it was primed Caliber Collision only clear-coated the bumper. I called State Farm several times and nobody wants to deal with it I personally went up to Caliber Collision and then call State Farm and explain to them what was going on but they refused to put any notes to the computer I am still now today being November 12th waiting for an answer of rectifying this problem

The agents were not immediately available and also poor knowledge of their duties and responsibilities in their dealings with customer's,also they supposedly connect customers mortgage companies to inform them about customer insurance policy and bank about car insurance policy .

State Farm won’t reinstate policy as promised

Had State Farm medigap medical health insurance in California for over 10 years. Moved back to texas.

Continued to use my State Farm insurance for over 2 years without any issues.

Everyone in Texas was telling me how good BCBS was. I contacted state-farm. They said there was a clause in my insurance that stated I could try another insurance and if I wasnt happy with that insurance and wanted to come back to SateFarm (as long as I had been gone less than 12 months) they could definitely reinstate my insurance, like I never left.

So I tried BCBS. Hated it.

Within 10 months of being away from StateFarm (less than 12 months) I called to reinstate my StateFarm policy.

They said they could not reinstate it because I was now in Texas. (Even tho I used it without issue in texas for well over 2 years). They said it had to be reinstated in the same state. But because I no longer reside in California, they could not reinstate it.

Even tho I did the trial while I was in Texas and I was using my StateFarm medigap while in Texas, now they wont reinstate me as promised! Now I can never go back to my old policy as promised ($250 a month). Texas only offers to give me a new policy at $1700 a month. Who can afford that?!?!

Thanks a lot State Farm for lying and ruining my health insurance.

If I was notified this before I for sure would have not done the trial as you said I could do. I would have never jeopardized my health.

Poor customer service

My agent is unable and unwilling to get my vehicles correct on my policy after I added a new vehicle on Dec. 16, 2023. I added a new vehicle over the phone as it was after hours on a weekend. Now my policy still has the vehicle I have sold and dropped a vehicle I still own. My agents office will not help correct my policy, but instead says the regional office will correct the policy in the next 2 weeks. Very poor service from State Farm.
