Casey hill where's our checks and our reconstructed title and tags state farm honers nothing in our policy the rewrote what they rewrote and all outher steps were not taken not even with dmv police reports the amount of attempts to steal Aubrey's truck is unlike anything I've ever seen help we got was help nobody would need no coverage no rental car we got destroyed abandoned along the highway and we're still along the highway full coverage nobody came what did our money get us ??? Where's our claim check 4500 ?? It was settled we bought the truck back paid tow fees and OUTHER claim from James Spaulding stealing truck 300 miles trashing it scratches dents brocken motor mounts and all other damages from where it was stored assured nothing would happen to it and what was done to Aubrey compensation for all losses damages and suffering man hours fixing it to much to list were waiting on you all of you pay us we paid for services and we were insured assured ....

Stranded with a flat tire

Called the "Emergency Road Services" number on the back of my State Farm Insurance card. Was on hold for 12 minutes, never received any text or help. Had to call a local tire shop for help. Not happy I wasted my time filling out the online link texted to me and then nothing. I hung up after 12 minutes on hold. Definitely not wasting my $ for this useless service on a Saturday at noon. Time to look into new insurance company.

PAPER CARDS

Having been a State Farm Insurance customer for 30+ years I would think that State Farm could provide us better insurance cards than these ridiculous paper cards that usually tear when you are trying to remove them. For the money I pay each year to insure 5 cars I think you could come up with a better idea.....WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS, WITHOUT US, Your PROFIT MARGIN WILL DECREASE.

Customer service and billing issues

I have had to file two corporate complaints against State Farm over a billing issue on my auto insurance. I was billed a certain amount and when I went online to pay if was a totally different amount. I paid what was due during the complaint call and then received a refund for the exact amount I had paid! Now they are billing me again the totally wrong amount!

User's recommendation: I would not recommend State Farm to anyone.

I didnt hear nothing from State Farm insurance now the police law enforcement take my car on November 27 2020 and my rent money was inside the car , when he stop us at sunrise Hwy Freeport ny , he was telling my daughter and i if I dont give him the car he gonna call someone to take my 12 years daughter and arrested me and my daughter was crying , he asked me for the car keys and he opened the back car and call the towing to get the car , I am disabled , I am in pain and left my daughter and i on the street

Let me preface what I am about to write by saying that I don't consider myself a racist. Whether I agree or disagree with a persons religious or political beliefs,sexual preference, race or nationality has absolutely no bearing on how I treat them.

I believe in treating everyone fairly across the board regardless.That means equal pay, equal opportunity and due respect depending on their behavior. I attended and all-white school system in an all-white community but I wasn't insulated from the evidence of racism elsewhere. I dealt with the adversity of favoritism in my own school and let's face it, racism is just another form of favoritism based on skim color and mentality. However, the Jake From State farm commercials have crossed the line in my opinion.

In the original commercial Jake from State farm was a twenty-something Caucasian guy who had about ten seconds of onscreen exposure. The commercial was amusing. Now for whatever reason Jake has morphed into a person of color getting far more exposure by way of at least eight new commercial spots. I reached a point where I mute the sound and leave the room whenever one of these commercials pops up.

Yesterday I terminated my long term insurance policy with State Farm simply based on the favoritism and racism displayed in the commercials and the patronizing of a minority for profit. You should be ashamed. Patronizing a person of color in no way compensates for racial injustice.

The genius who contrived the concept of these commercials could have simply addressed the actor as "James or Jimmy or John (or any other name) from State Farm" and I wouldn't have had an issue with it. Anyway, I cancelled my automobile policy with State Farm because of their blatant favoritism and patronizing and actually found the same coverage for far less money with another major insurance company.

Left on side of road

I had a flat tire called for roadside assistance at 1:40 5:15 I was still on the side of the road, call customer service several times, they were not sympathetic and were very rude, I had to pay for someone to come out on my own, but Ill pay for roadside assistance well with Jake when I needed him like a good neighbor they were not there

Too much meat!

I live State Farm but one of their commercials is in very poor taste! The amount of meat put on the scale is disgusting and disrespectful to the animals! Im sure all that meat was discarded. Would love to see that spot discontinued!

if you are considering getting state farm insurance do not and i mean do not get the agent jim young for your insurance needs,,,he does not care about your problems and if you do actually get in to see him about a problem it will not be corrected,,,i am a customer and im moving,,,needless to say,,calling him will do no good,,,worst insurance agent in greensboro

Insurance Claim

State Farm Insurance - Insurance Claim
I had a basic repair for my car (there was damage to the driver side wheel). The shop I took it to said they could fix it in a day. Two weeks later I still do not have my car. Although I stated when I called to enter the claim the damage was on the driver side and the paperwork I have from the auto shop states the driver side damage was the reason I went to the shop, the claims adjuster told the auto shop to fix the passenger side (this is a used car and the passenger side wheels had scratches so he assumed that was damage for the claim). When I was informed of this I called State Farm and told them the claim was supposed to be for the driver side wheel damage. He said I would have to enter a separate claim in order to fix the driver side which means I would have to pay another deductible. I asked why would I have to pay another deductible if I was not the one who made a mistake? I was told by the Claims Supervisor that is my problem and I would have to take it up with the auto shop. The Claims Supervisor and my Insurance Agent also told me that the auto shop sent in claim for the passenger side wheels and after that was approved, they tried to send in another claim for the driver side wheel damage and that is what started the issue. The representative at the auto shop denies doing this. He sent in 1 claim stating everything that needed to be repaired. The representative at the auto shop called the State Farm Claims Supervisor and at that time the Claims Supervisor denied ever stating that 2 claims were sent and is still requiring another claim to be filed in order for the original repair to take place. So it is 2 weeks later and I still do not have my car and the original reason for the claim has not been fixed because State Farm is insisting that I file an additional claim. I have tried calling the Claims Supervisor back but calls go straight to his voicemail. My State Farm agent is not taking my calls and he referred me the claims phone number via text. I called the President and Owner of State Farm I tried to explain my situation but he did not want to listen to my situation and told me to call my agent and hung up. Long story short, I took my car in to the auto shop for driver side damage. Due to miscommunication from State Farm, prior minor existing damage to the passenger side was repaired. State Farm now wants me to file an additional claim and pay another deductible in order to get the original repair completed.

Customer Service

I had State Farm for over 25 years and the premiums kept going up it was ridiculous finally a few years back I switched. The customer service is terrible and would never ever recommend this company to anyone

This is the worst Insurance experience of my life

This is the first bad review of my life. My other children have been in accidents and have always have been satisfied with the results. My daughter got backed into in a drive thru line, because the the little damage on the brand new car that hit her State Farm claimed it could not have done as much damage to her car. I proved it did by showing the surveillance video at my house but they insisted it was pre-existing damage, it was not. I have no reason to lie I am gainfully employed, but I only had liability on the car Daughter is 16. So I had to go after the owner of the car to get the $250.00 to fix the car. he should not have had to pay, he had insurance for that. Cant believe they would lose costumers over $250.00. the person that hit my daughters car had State Farm not me.
