Accident happened on a Monday, they were unable to or unwilling to get their insured's side of the story so by the end of that week I still didn't know who was accepting liability and what amount I had to shop for a new car with. The policy report said their insured was at fault, as did I and the witnesses.
Even though I had gotten the police report for them, gotten a totaled report from my insurance and got all of the above to them to expedite it anyway I could.
Each day I called I was bounced around a team of adjusters, never the same one. Finally when I mentioned my burnt thumb they moved it to a specific person, an injury adjuster.
At one point when I asked why they didn't called the insured again that day to get her story they said "it's bad business policy to call our clients more than once a day" to which I responded "well, you just lost someone who will never have State Farm as their insurance!"
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
