I have been a customer for a couple years. My policy amount has been increasing twice within the year of me joining and that too without notification or explanation.

The people who answer the phone are rude and are not familiar with the policies. I am pushed to pay amounts that I did not approve or were not explained. I am not treated like a customer - when I have questions about my policy I am treated like a pest and quickly recommended to cancel my policy.

When you are also going through a crisis, they don't even try to work with you and help you with temporary lower payments either. They say you will save $480 but its all a lie.

Monetary Loss: $500.
