my car was totaled by a state farm client on 8/5/2016, it is now 8/13/2016, i am told they cant reach the policy holder. i am out of a car for 8 days now with no loaner car.the clients name is lisa dean this company is terrible and i am going to the news about this.i wouldnt recommend these dirtbags to my worst enemy(if i had one) i keep calling mark vargas and leaving messages, he never returned any of them. my company would fire people for less, so if you want to get annoyed just let one of their clients hit you, have a great day as i havent in over a week
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of inability to resolve claim. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of state farm insurance auto claim and associated monetary loss in the amount of $30000. State Farm Insurance needs to "reimburse me" according to poster's claims.
