My cousin was in a minor car accident after becoming confused by a sign involving Mary K Meyer who lived at 6762 N 51st ST who had state farm insurance that was on Mayfair Rd. My cousin was so scared, because she never had an accident before and Mary never once asked if my cousin was OK, just yelling and screaming at her and saying how mad her husband would be.

Mary acted like she was injured or totally destroyed her car which my cousin did not. But she didn’t have a job, which she told State Farm, and would do her best to pay the bill and did get it paid eventually. But in the meant time, they kept harassing her and hounding her, and threatened to take away her license and acted like she killed someone or was drunk driving, which she was not. They could have been nicer and shouldn’t be allowed to threatened, harass and scare people like that.

Especially if they have no money at the time, because of a bad situation, through no fault of their own, which was explained to them, but they don’t listen to that. But treating people the way State Farm treated my cousin won’t get the bill paid any sooner.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
