Been with State Farm since 2010, claim for accident in 2013 and then one November 2015 (we were NOT at fault for that one) and they drop us. A lot of balls to drop people for using the insurance that they pay monthly for. State Farm is a joke, bunch of *** and is obviously only out for the money and not for customer service.

Our family has been with State Farm's Auto Ins. for over 35 years. When I had to use my Med Pay for the first time, I have been treated horribly by the claim supervisors and nurses. For Pain Management, they only want you to receive conventional medicine, pharmaceutical meds only. They speak to you like you don't have good sense and are very rude to the providers providing treatment. Then they play a game of not having the correct procedure...

my car was totaled by a state farm client on 8/5/2016, it is now 8/13/2016, i am told they cant reach the policy holder. i am out of a car for 8 days now with no loaner car.the clients name is lisa dean this company is terrible and i am going to the news about this.i wouldnt recommend these dirtbags to my worst enemy(if i had one) i keep calling mark vargas and leaving messages, he never returned any of them. my company would fire people for...

I was recently the victim of a Hit and Run by a driver that is insured by State Farm.The driver was arrested for DUI as well as other pending charges. Got rear-ended on my way to work. Ladys insurance (State Farm) told me to take it to a local body shop to assess the damage. They will only pay for $850/$2500 of damage to my car, when in the police report the lady admitted fault. Are you kidding me... Shes getting more money, probably a new car from State Farm, while im only getting a third. Not to mention the 3 hours on the phone with an unfriendly person.

NEVER GET STATE FARM. They seem nice and trick you.Everything is good before something happens and you ACTUALLY need insurance to cover. I got into an accident and they tried to use knock-off replacements and refusing to cover costs that create safety concerns. I had an auto policy with State Farm for more than 7 years, then a few years ago, I bought a new car, and got insurance for it, and cancelled the policy on my existing car after selling it later.
