One of State Farms customers hit my vehicle in a parking lot while I was at a complete stop. She stated on scene that it was her fault as she wasn't looking when she backed up.

A witness heard this. It is very clear based in damage to both vehicles that their customer is at fault, yet they refuse to accept full liability. They insist it is 50/50 when there is no way, based on damages to vehicles alone, that it is 50/50. I was almost out of my parking spot, saw her coming, so I stopped and tried to pull forward out of her way as she was obviously pulling out without looking, and was not fast enough in switching to drive before she hit my completely stopped car.

This is outrages! She accepted responsibility to my insurance, yet told a whole different story to hers.

This is BS! I will never use State Farm myself due to their utter lack of care to actual facts!

Reason of review: Refusal to accept liability.

Preferred solution: They need to accept 100% liability and pay to have my car fixed as this was wholly their clients fault.
