I had my car in thier shop for 49 days and they redid it 3 times. They also lied to State Farm telling them that I didn't sign off on the repairs for a week and that's why it's taking so long.

What they didn't tell them is that they didn't even look at my car for a week, it just sat there. The State Farm adjuster verified the shoddy work after the 2nd time and after the 3rd time it still looks bad maybe worse.The paint doesn't match up, there is a noticable gap between the bumper and side of car. The manager said, "it doesn't look that bad!" I gave up and took my car back and now State Farm is auditing them. There is also a strong smell of solvent in the interior.

I hope I can get it out. It made me dizzy driving home. They handed me my keys and walked away, no apology or acknowledgement. They have very poor customer service and seem like they really don't care as long as State Farm keeps sending them business.

Hopefully that stops. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
