I called State Farm to get an update on my claim, and the Representative was so nasty from the very beginning of the call. I overheard her tell her co worker she was due in a meeting and was late.
I was asking questions regarding getting my car repaired and she stated that I should give them 90 days to call in for more information and the staff was busy working with other serious inquiries.
The reps name is Irma Montenegro, and she doesn't value the customers concerns, nor did she give me the correct information regarding my claim. I have been insured by State Farm for a long time and I have never experience anything like this before.
